Rescue Efforts and Investigation Continue

Late Saturday, the accident site buzzed with activity as NDRF personnel used gas cutters to enter compartments and search for survivors. Over 1,100 people were rescued, with nearly 500 receiving treatment at local hospitals. Fire Services Director General Sudhanshu Sarangi praised the state government's investment in upgrading capacity and equipment. The challenge lay in coordinating personnel from various locations.
