Heightened security measures have been implemented at India Gate in Delhi following wrestlers' announcement of a hunger strike in protest against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. Singh is accused of sexually harassing female grapplers, including a minor. Delhi Police has stated that India Gate is not a designated protest site and any formal protest request must be submitted for consideration. Authorities, including the Rapid Action Force (RAF), are stationed at the location to ensure order and control any potential unrest.
