Khan’s Failed Attempt to Emulate India

Imran Khan, the ex-PM of Pakistan, praised India’s foreign policy for buying cheap Russian oil. He said he wanted to do the same, but his government fell. Pakistan is facing a severe economic crisis and a weak currency. Khan visited Russia but failed to get any deal. Russia said it wants to help Pakistan, but also noticed its military aid to Ukraine. Khan had earlier admired India’s economic growth.
