Actor R Madhavan's son, Vedaant, won five gold medals at the Malaysian Invitational Age Group Championship. The proud father took to Twitter to share pictures of Vedaant, who won the medals for India in various swimming events. Congratulatory messages started pouring in for Vedaant and his family, including from Abhishek Bachchan and Suriya. Madhavan expressed that he is his son's biggest cheerleader but clarified that Vedaant's achievements are not because he is Madhavan's child. Madhavan is set to play the role of Indian inventor and engineer GD Naidu in his next feature film.
