Sudan's Capital in Crisis.

Writer's picture: WORLD IN PRINTWORLD IN PRINT

More than 270 civilians were reported dead in battles between the army and paramilitaries in Sudan's capital. Witnesses reported bodies in the streets and thousands of residents fled Khartoum. Despite proposed ceasefires, gunfire continued, and foreign diplomats were attacked.
